Our Indoor Air Quality Group maintains a number of on-call contracts with large commercial building owners throughout the North East and mid-Atlantic regions. These buildings are generally occupied by high-profile clients and owners look to BATTA for routine IAQ testing and emergency services. Our IAQ Group structures routine sampling/monitoring protocols for buildings. Using state of the art hand-held instrumentation and recorders we are able to capture indoor air conditions and develop trend analyses for common pollutants such as CO, CO2, temperature, dust, etc. The data is extremely useful in diagnosing current causes of poor IAQ and predicting patterns in future air quality. All contracts have emergency response provisions that allow BATTA personnel to respond 24/7 to IAQ concerns from water and smoke damage.
