Being a small business ourselves, we are uniquely qualified to offer valuable consulting to other small businesses. However, at the same time, we have skilled staff in place to take on large challenges brought on by a Fortune 500 company.

Our private sector clients are diverse in their size and nature of business activity. From environments of large manufacturing and industry to commercial office space settings our groups are very involved in helping our clients plan for environmental remediation as well as keeping them compliant with daily activities.

Some of the wide array of services that we provide includes Due Diligence Assessments for Real Estate Transactions, Hazardous Materials Surveys for renovation / demolition / property acquisition, Indoor Air Quality Assessments for workplace conditions, and Health/Safety Technical Consulting. Throughout all of these, our in-house laboratory is on-call providing the testing data needed to keep projects moving.
